Turning works

Turning is the cutting machining of external and internal, cylindrical and conical surfaces, facing, parting off, chamfering, and cutting internal and external threads on lathes.

This machining method is used in the manufacture of rotation parts (shafts, discs, axles, pins, journals, flanges, rings, bushings, nuts, couplings, etc.) and other complex elements in production.

We offer turning machining services for ferrous and non-ferrous metals — cutting metric threads, turning cones, cutting imperial and modular threads. We carry out rough and finish machining of large parts. In addition to the above, turning work includes facing end surfaces, boring and turning conical and cylindrical surfaces, reaming central holes, as well as machining piece parts and workpieces from calibrated bar stock.

We machine parts on single-spindle and multi-spindle automatic machines, so both small-batch and large-batch orders are accepted.

Aerosila-Plus can carry out the full range of work for the customer's needs, based on both drawings and sample parts. We can also assist in their development with the help of our in-house designers and specialists. We guarantee an individual approach to each customer and the timely completion of orders.
