Feeding conveyors

Aerosila Plus carries out the design, manufacture and installation of feeding conveyors.

Feeding conveyors are designed for moving loads:

• into storage hoppers (an intermediate operation that ensures the accumulation of a certain amount of bulk loads before further processing);

• into the receiving hoppers of equipment or onto a conveyor before directly performing the next technological operation.

Feeding conveyors can be equipped with their own receiving hopper and have a straight design or one with bends. As a rule, loading conveyors are equipped with modular belts or PVC belts. When transporting bulk or small-piece loads to a height, in order to prevent them from sliding down, it is recommended to use belts with partitions (flights or buckets). Side walls installed on an inclined conveyor along the belt travel will protect the load from spilling.
