With a modular belt

Conveyors with a modular belt are distinguished by their convenience, reliability and durability in operation. They can move a wide range of loads and carry out movement along the most complex trajectories.

A modular belt is quite flexible and is assembled from plastic links connected to each other; these can be of different lengths and widths. Modular conveyors can operate at temperatures from -70 °C to +190 °C.

In the modular conveyors of Aerosila Plus, smooth and grooved belts are used, open and closed, with partitions and side flights, anti-slip, and with the ability to turn.

Straight and curved modular conveyors are distinguished, as well as inclined, stationary and mobile ones. The turning angle of the conveyor depends on the belt width — the maximum angle can be 180°. If necessary, modular conveyors can be additionally equipped with accumulating tables, a loading or unloading device, side walls with height and width adjustment, and others.
