Belt conveyors

Aerosila Plus carries out the design, manufacture and installation of belt conveyors. A belt conveyor is an automated transport line used for moving loads of various types.

Thanks to the closed-loop elastic belt, a belt conveyor provides high productivity, versatility in handling a wide variety of loads, and electricity savings. The belt conveyor is widely used in various branches of Ukrainian industry.

Belt conveyors can move both bulk and piece or lump loads. Belt-type conveyors are versatile devices for transporting loads and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

The belt is positioned perpendicular to the horizon or at an incline of up to 30 degrees, on upper and lower roller supports. The belt width can be 100–3500 mm; the conveyor length is manufactured to the required dimensions. The belt moves thanks to the drive drum, while the tension drum provides the necessary tension. For loading, the conveyor can be equipped with a loading hopper; for unloading, with a mobile trolley.

A belt conveyor can be installed both indoors and outdoors at temperatures from -50 to +45 °C.
