Custom (non-standard) equipment

The development of non-standard equipment depends on the individual needs of each production facility. Depending on its specifics, the equipment is given special properties or fitted with additional parts. We manufacture non-standard equipment for any needs in order to ensure the maximum development of the production process with the help of convenient units.

Since non-standard equipment cannot be purchased at the usual mass-production outlets, it is designed to order for a particular enterprise. We manufacture non-standard construction, technical and engineering equipment, as well as various structures and mechanisms.

The equipment we produce:

— dispensers — a stand for issuing a certain material in a limited quantity (can be used for issuing and storing shoe covers);

— container tippers — a mechanism for moving a container so as to unload its contents to the next production stage;

— bubble baths — used for processing food products, root crops and seeds; products are soaked and washed in special solutions in the bath;

— laminar boxes — a structure that creates a sterile and antibacterial space for working with food products and for laboratory and microbiological research;

— trolley lifts — a device that makes it easy to unload the contents of trolleys to the required place; can be stationary or mobile;
