Tunnel-type seed washing line

A tunnel-type seed washing line is a conveyor-type washer with a bath. The conveyor for washing sunflower seeds is a conveyor-type washer with zonal water supply and showering as a wetting method in the initial washing zone. Recycled water is used for this operation, ensuring the seeds are wetted. The second zone provides the final washing with clean (tap) water, which after filtration is reused as recycled water. The washing process takes place with continuous stirring of the seeds (without stagnant zones) thanks to the different angles of the water nozzles and the turning blades.
