Drive belts

Aerosila Plus sells drive belts for conveyor systems and also manufactures conveyor systems with drive belts to the customer's required technical specifications.

Drive belts are designed to transmit power from the motor to the driven mechanism. Despite their outward simplicity, a drive belt has a complex structure: compression and tension layers, a load-carrying layer and a cover. In addition to rubber, textiles are also used in manufacturing the product.

The following types of drive belts are distinguished: V-belts, poly-V belts, toothed, round and flat belts.

Regardless of design, all types of products must have the following qualities:

wear resistance;

low extensibility;

good grip on the pulley;

resistance to high temperature, aggressive environments and constant deformation.
