Transverse profile

Transverse profiles in conveyor systems are used for inclined and metered transport of products. The height of the profiles varies from 20 to 100 mm. Our company is ready to supply both straight profiles and inclined ones — with a tilt angle of 10 or 20 degrees. A specific way of using straight transverse profiles in belt conveyors is welding them longitudinally — in this case the profile acts as a corrugated sidewall. Unlike a corrugated sidewall, a transverse profile can operate on significantly smaller drums than a standard corrugated sidewall.
