Hoppers and vibrating trays

Hoppers can be used for various purposes in production, but their main task is to ensure the uninterrupted operation of a line. A hopper is auxiliary equipment on a line that keeps it running without interruptions.

Vibrating trays are used to feed and dose bulk and lump materials evenly along a line. The product is fed and moved along the vibrating tray by means of vibrations.

Depending on the technological process of the line and the product itself, the technical parameters (volume, feed rate) may vary. Hoppers can be stationary or mobile, with or without a vibrating tray. Aerosila Plus is ready to design, manufacture and install hoppers to the required specifications.
